The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team of authentic, ambitious, smart, and nice people to build strong sales pipelines for our Studio companies. You will have the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of researching, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of exciting B2B SaaS ventures that solve problems leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning in a variety of industries, including but not limited to climate, finance, health, generative AI and more.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generate new sales opportunities and add qualified leads to the sales funnel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Founders, Growth and Product teams to develop strategies and tactics for business development
  • Conduct effective cold and warm sales and product demo conversations to prospects
  • Gather market intelligence and insights to inform business development strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Creative and strategic thinking to identify sales opportunities
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with almost anyone - verbal and written
  • Naturally curious - you love learning about different businesses, and how software can enable people and teams
  • A tenacious self-starter that's comfortable asking questions, and working in a startup environment
  • Bonus - if you enjoy branding, marketing, and other growth-related activities!

  • Hubspot - CRM
  • Airtable and Notion - knowledge, data tracking and more
  • Google Apps - Gmail, Sheets, etc
  • Other sales tooling as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The salary range for candidates in Tulsa, OK is 45,000-60,000 with a variable bonus component*
